At present, in Beijing, there are 138 profit-making vocational training institutions in the professional and technical category, of which 81 professional and technical training institutions have catered for nearly 90% of the training volume. As an industry leader in the field of professional translation qualifications training, such as CATTI exam training, Grouphorse Translations is actively promoting the application of the model service contract under the centralized deployment of Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. In attending the above meeting, Wen Yi, Vice President and Secretary of the Party Branch of Grouphorse Translations (Group) and General Manager of Beijing Grouphorse Translations Co., Ltd., said:

“The service industry should place the greatest importance on conscience, care and reasonableness. Ten years ago, the Translation Training Centre of Grouphorse Translations has introduced services such as full refunds if students are dissatisfied and unconditional free retraining and has been providing such services ever since. We are grateful for the support and praise of relevant higher authorities, and we will continue to put every effort into providing services that will meet the needs of our clients and withstand the test of time.”

There are ever more favorable policies being introduced for vocational education, and the status of this sector has improved greatly. In June 2021, the revised draft of the Vocational Education Law raised vocational education and training to the same level as vocational school education. This created promising new prospects for the development of vocational education training institutions. Vocational education is now welcoming a new phase of intense development, and drawing considerable public attention.

Grouphorse Translations represents the many professional and technical vocational training institutions forming the backbone of vocational education. As a figure head for this sector, Grouphorse is intent on promoting professional technical proficiency as the standard for testing the effectiveness of training. Meeting the needs of employers is one of Grouphorse’s priorities, and this always informs the company’s business thinking. As a result, by working within the vocational education field, Grouphorse has introduced a large number of highly skilled talents into the job market, proving the practical results and demonstrable quality of Grouphorse’s education.

The Grouphorse Alliance for Translation has also been launched, fulfilling the policies of integrated production and education, and school-enterprise cooperation.

As early as 2014, Grouphorse Translations was certified among the first batch of National Translation Professional Degree Graduate Education Practice Bases by the National Committee for Translation and Interpreting Education under the Ministry of Education and the Office of the State Council Academic Degrees Committee, and the China Translators Association. Meanwhile, Grouphorse has also established customized training partnerships with a number of top corporations such as CNOOC, COMAC, China Energy Engineering Corporation, Novo Nordisk, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and CNNC. Working with these corporations, Grouphorse has explored how to establish regular mechanisms to dispatch senior translation talents when required.
